Over two monthly meetings, our Parish Council took the time to reflect and discern together. We discussed our thoughts in pairs, in small groups and in plenary sessions via Zoom. Here are our responses:
Our Learnings:
- The church is not a building
- We (as humans) are flexible, resilient and versatile
- Our friendships became deeper
Our Hopes:
- That things continue, that life still goes on, that the sun still rises and sets each day
- That we will trust people, ourselves and the world again
- That we will become more tolerant of others
